Funded by Canada Council for the Arts, BCAC, REF Foundation, and the Housing Justice Project. In Partnership with The Housing Justice Research Canada Project, UBC

This media arts research and community engaged media program produced a series of digital videos by young artists in response to the current housing crises in Canada. The project formed the community engaged stream for the University of British Columbia’s  Housing Justice Research Project Canada.

2010 – Research consultant and facilitator with Dr. J. Salverson –Arts Based Research Project created for Queen’s University; addressing contributing factors to gender based violence and coercion and HIV infection within Zulu speaking communities of Sisonke, Kwa Zulu Natal in South Africa. Principal investigators: Dr. R. Jolly, Dr. S. Fergus, Dr. Alan Jeeves.

Healthy Aging Through the Arts, The Arts Health and Seniors Research Project

2006 – 2010  Resident Artist & ResearcherArts, Health, and Seniors Project, Digital Storytelling Project: part of a three-year Community Art and Research project supported by Vancouver Parks and Recreation; Arts & Culture & Vancouver Coastal Health & University of British Columbia.This project was looking at the connection between artist led creative practice and health in aging with marginalized older adults.  http://vancouver.ca/parks-recreation-culture/arts-and-health-project.aspx
